kde hotkey in wine applications

Hi,

I just tried to assign a hotkey to a program which I run through wine. It doesn't work..

1. Is this even possible?
2. If yes, I have to type the keys for the combination I want to send to the program. Is it correct to type the combination like this: Ctrl + Shift + A - I'm not quite sure for keys like ctrl, alt and shift...
3. I used the autodetect function to figure out things like window class and window title. Is this enough?

So has anyone some experience with this stuff? Seems a bit like nobody had this problem before..
