Strange Characters in Flash Pages

good night evryone

some days ago, I have noticed that in some Web sites that uses flash [xat.com, to give an example] I cannot use characters such as accents [á, é, í, ó, ú] or the letter N, among others .. . and instead appear as characters à ± à à ©, à ...

I tried changing the browser, but to no avail .... and I tested on windows and these characters work perfectly
