Dosemu crashes on x86_64

Hello,

The latest version of dosemu from community crashes with a segment fault unless I run it as a root. I've tried to delete the .dosemu directory in my home folder but that did not help. Here is the output:

LOWRAM mmap: Invalid argument
Segmentation fault

Any ideas? I would rather not run this as a root as I view that as a compromise in security.

Thank you,

Re: Dosemu crashes on x86_64

Okay so I fixed this problem with echo 0 > /proc/sys/vm/mmap_min_addr and now dosemu starts up in an usable state. I can't change dir and I can't start .exe/.bat files.

........ I would use Dosbox at this point but gaming is not really what I am after. I am trying to get an old compiler to work, any ideas related to dosemu or any dos emulator would be nice.
