[THINCLIENT]: External Harddisk?

Hi!
I want to buy a thinclient (about 500 Mhz [I hope i686 ]  as my workstation (a "normal" Computer consumes: 300W, a thinclient: 60W. But most thinclients don't have a Harddisk and the space in the case for it, so you have to connect an external one. But which one and with which conncetion method?
