Having a strange problem with LOCALE.
Hey im trying to run emelfm2 but when im trying to start this message comes up and it have showing up while using other apps to. Maybe it says what to do but i don't get it :(

Now i have read http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=82940 and done what was said there, and it still isnt working, does'nt anyone have any idea?
