KDE SC 4.4, Nepomuk and deleted files

nepomuk has improved loads in this release, but there is still one issue that is really bugging me.
when i delete a file in the index, it still remains in the search results. then when i empty the trash, the file disappears, to be replaced by a file with all the same information as far as nepomuk is concerned, but it's icon is just the nepomuk icon, and opening it results in konqueror displaying something like this:

Delete resource

hitting delete resource removes it, but its very annoying.
any ideas?
