Performance drop after suspend-ram

I'm noticing a considerable perf drop after coming out of suspend, rebooting fixes it, but as this is a laptop it really annoying. I got no idea whats causing it. ran some tests with hardinfo and they  are pathetic.

hmm now that i tried to suspend directly using pm-suspend no more performance drop.
