Hp users: Webcam, Skype, Quanta

Hello guys, does any body know how to force work webcam with skype ??
cheese works correct, but I need skype  (

bus 001 Device 003: ID 0408:03f0 Quanta computer

my webcam

modprobe uvcvideo
mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2

and I can see my self on the sceen, but when I start
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype nothing happend
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l2convert.so skype same stuff !
please help !!!
