[Solved] Bundled Arch32 Chroot & Yaourt

Anybody know why exactly does chroot yaourt terminate itself when installing stuff? Even when you use the "--asroot" flag?

Turned out this was yaourt-abs issue. Using yaourt-git now (vanilla yaourt also works).

Standard response to anything yaourt-related:

yaourt is old, slow, and unmaintained. There are a number of actively developed and maintained alternatives - search the forum and wiki for details.

Re: [Solved] Bundled Arch32 Chroot & Yaourt

Yeah, it is "kinda" old, but it still works - not like it would break when not being maintained (unless the dependencies change that much).

What didn't work in my case was yaourt-abs - the vanilla yaourt did indeed wok (just as did the yaourt-git).

E: Ok, point taken. Now using bauerbill and it's loads better neutral.
