wakeup on samsung r560

good day guys!

a little prehistory - i'm using laptop in schema - 6 days/week it spends in working or sleep mode, and one time in a week i put it in hebernate. Few weeks ago my laptops stops resuming after suspend (it simply boot clean system) - everything goes quite fast, so i was unable to see any error messages. Can you advice me, logs/places where i can search for error or some information about waking progress, for further investigation?
