Gnu GRUB minimal bash on boot

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to boot archcd core i686 for installation, but,
instead of successfull boot i got black screen with:
GNU grub bash like editing is supported ...
...
grub>

How to boot arch, hd is sata, there is only XP installed on one partition.
MB model is QDI/Foxconn 5P4I865PE

Have the same problem. But tried isolinux iso - and that works. Maybe it's something connected with graphic card. I have the Ati.. (hd4850).
