I've installed conky. Everything seems to work but I cannot launch a program with ALT+F2 any-more (nothing appears).

I'm not sure to understand your answer
I've still the normal keybinding for alt+f2. I'm using gnome
I noticed it's not the only one who doesn't work. 'Print screen' as well and maybe some other.

I needed to activate the option "compatibility with gnome" in compiz
