Script after resume

I have a HP 6735b Laptop everytime resume from pm-suspend after 1 min have to do rmmod thermal  and modprobe thermal otherwise fan is spining up to much.
how doe a script look like to run these comands after 1 min sec of resuming laptop

Unload the module on suspend, load it on resume. This is standard practice for any modules that don't cooperate fully with suspension. pm-utils docs have the details.
