Conflict between AdBlock Plus and Flash

I have this problem... sometimes when I load a page with Flash (usually a YouTube video) the buttons inside the Flash object cannot be clicked. If I disable and re-enable AdBlock Plus (in the ABP preferences, without restarting) then I can click buttons inside Flash, even without reloading the page. This doesn't happen every time, but occasionally (a few times per day) this will happen. I have disabled the tabs that ABP adds the Flash and Java objects. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?

By the way I'm using 64-bit Linux.
