KDE workspace switching order

I have my KDE install set to switch through workspaces when I scroll the mousewheel on the desktop, like fluxbox does. The issue I have is that it's scrolling in the reverse order I want. It scrolls right/down on mouseup, and up/left on mousedown, but I want the opposite. I can't find the spot to configure this. Is there such a setting?

I think it should be under desktop settings -> mouse actions (right click on a desktop).
But it doesn't work for me...

Unfortunately that only allows me to configure what action goes on scrolling, but doesn't allow me to configure scrollup and scrolldown individually.
