Vista changes bootable partition

Got my system configured like this:

sda1 Windows Vista
sda2 Recovery

sda3 /boot
sda5 /swap
sda6 /root
sda7 /home

Now to the problem when i boot Vista from Grub it changes bootable partition, when I reboot Grub wont even run I get thrown directly into Vista. If I use cfdisk and change bootable partition to sda3 Grub will start, but next time I boot vista its changed. roll

Re: Vista changes bootable partition

Try writing grub to master boot, so basically to sda instead of sda3. This should be the default when installing arch so I wonder why this happens, actually.

Re: Vista changes bootable partition

Made a complete reinstall, and that solved the problem.
