Move useful links to top

Just thought it might be a good idea to move the Show recent posts, Show unanswered posts, Show your subscribed topics and Show your posts links to the top of the page in the Arch Forum, since they would likely be commonly used links for the av-er-age bear (user).

The common answer to that suggestion is that Arch Forums are vanilla FluxBB, so you should ask them to do that.
