Cpu voltage controlling

My proccy has a overvoltage prob( hence overheating prob) so i undervolt it a little bit with "cpupowerd", but it's frequency controlling is very nasty while that of cpufreq is quite good and also cpupowerd is not maintained I think. So are there any good cpu voltage controlling apps around(or is it already available in cpufreq)?
