Network Manager problem (SOLVED)

I finally installed Arch using KDE... I followed instructions from Wikis Beginners Guide.

But I have a few problems.

First of all - networkmanager

When I add it to the daemons list network fails.

But when I use network daemon it works.

But Its not very fast. Sometimes I click and have to wait alot until web page fully loads.

Btw, I used networkmanager on Ubuntu, but had to replace it with wicd bacause of the wireless network (it runs better with wicd)...

So can you ppl help me to find a best solutions.

thx
