KDE Freezing

On my new Arch install, Dolphin freezes sometimes which then causes KDE to freeze. I then can switch to a virtual terminal and back, but all that happens is the virtual terminal's last rendered frame is on the screen wtih the cursor being able to be moved around.

I'm running kernel 2.6.34-rc2 for my r7xx acceleration.

Hi

I have the same problem
with dolphin , kwrite

I googled and I found an answer in the slackware forum.
According to this post, the problem comes from dbus 1.2 version.
The upgrade to dbus-1.3 solved for them the problem

I will wait for dbus-1.3 then...
