uzbl minor problems

Hi all,

I'm in the process of switching to Arch from OS X. I must say I'm really impressed. I consider myself far from a seasoned Unix expert, and I've encountered few problems when installing Arch with XMonad as WM, which is a joy to use.

Anyway, I'm trying to setup uzbl as my default browser and I'm experiencing a few glitches. Otherwise it runs great! I'd appreciate any help regarding these:

1. uzbl's forms don't seem to respect my .gtkrc-2.0 conf file, where I set emacs-like keybindings. E.g, ctrl-a on a Google form doesn't make the cursor go to the beginning of the line.

2. I cannot get the form filler to play well with Gmail (Google accounts). I know how to indicate my username (email), but not my password.

3. I can store and retrieve bookmarks, but the tags I put them don't work when I type on the bookmark bar. Is this the correct behaviour?

4. I always get continuous warnings: (uzbl-core:21434): Gtk-WARNING **: Ran out of links. It seems something not to worry about, though.

* Is there any way to spawn a new uzbl following a link number, like with fl?

* Any advice regarding tabbing within XMonad?

Thanks in advance!

Re: uzbl minor problems

For tabbing I suggest you let XMonad do the work: use the simpleTabbed layout.
