hi everyone. ever since i have used arch linux, i have been using openbox. so i am brand spanking new to using KDEmod.
up until this point i have openbox has been my native environment.
i have really fallen for the look of kdemod, but there is one problem right now, and that is:
when i start with or without my gdm i have no openbox session. i have modified .xinitrc already
when i start conky and right click on the desktop, my conky window just disappears. also another problem which i suspect is related, my conky is no longer transparent, rather it is a black background.
i am a resourceful person and i have tried looking online already, i have had no luck and this has been preventing me from continuing to enjoy my arch linux experience.
does anyone have any suggestoins??
i know when using gnome, nautilus actually manages ur background. how can i use kde and have to go back to the "old method" of using feh --bg-scale
