I keep getting a strange error when installing or removing packages. It doesn't happen with all packages, but when it does happen, I can duplicate the same error by installing or removing that same package again.
here's a quick example:
(1/1) checking for file conflicts [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] 100%
(1/1) upgrading grep [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] 100%
/tmp/alpm_FWxvZh/.INSTALL: 2: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
error: command failed to execute correctlyNothing has broken yet and everything seems fine so it could be harmless, but I've backed up /etc and /home just in case everything explodes.
EDIT: just in case it wasn't clear, the error doesn't stop the package from getting installed or removed properly
