[solved]Can not update to kde 4.4.2

Having read the news that kde 4.4.2 is available for Arch, using pacman -Syu returns all the repos and the local base is up to date, however my kde version is still kde 4.4.1 and I want to upgrade to kde 4.4.2. Any suggestions?

That's telling you that your system matches the mirror, but not whether the mirror is up to date .
https://users.archlinux.de/~gerbra/mirrorcheck.html will give info about mirrors.
