Problem with mp3 player + ext4

hi guys, i start to get this really weird problem with my gogear (philips mp3 player), today i did a clean install and choose ext4 as my /root fs (i use only two partitions /boot /root)  and i can't mount it to transfer my music anymore ... when i start the gogear it keep shutdown when i select the option to transfer music (it has two options transfer and play music or charge and play music --this one works fine--)

before that i use ext3 or jfs for /root fs and i didn't get this ...

my fstab

/dev/sda1 /boot ext2 defaults,noauto,noatime,errors-remount-ro 0 1
/dev/sda2 / ext4 defaults,data=writeback,noatime,nodiratime,commit=10 0 1
/dev/sda5 swap swap defaults 0 0

computer > netbook msi wind u120
