Anyone done XInput2 coding before?

Hi all,

I'm reading up on XInput2 for a utility I need (restricting the pointer to a certain area of the screen, mostly for twinview type displays). Anyone worked with their code before? The only 'documentation' I can find is a series of blog posts (6 in all), as listed here.

If anyone has played with this stuff before, would appreciate if you'd post up what other references you used.
