[SOLVED] Live CD Internet Problems

I've just been trying to install Arch Linux via FTP, but it wouldn't let me select packages because of connection issues. I tired pinging google, and although it grabbed the IP okay, it gave me a 'host unreachable' error. I'm using DHCP on a 2009.02 x86_64 live CD.

After retrying several times it eventually worked, I've got no idea what I could have done differently.
