xorg without monitor

Hi,
sorry for my english.

I want to use VNC on server without plug monitor.

"X" dont start. Message error:
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.
Fatal server error:
no screens found

if use driver Vesa, "X" started, but resolution pictures is max 800x600. i want 1024x600 or higher.

Any idea?
