I updated my arch install and now when I try to run "gksu program" I get an error msg complaining about not finding libkeyring.so.0
Any ideas?

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Yes you are correct, installing the package libgnome-keyring fixes the problem. I can't believe I didn't realize this, I figured there is no way that package would not be installed because I've seen it installed in previous versions.

in gnome 2.30 they split gnome-keyring in libgnome-keyring and gnome-keyring. every package that depended in the past on gnome-keyring, should depend now on libgnome-keyring.

I think this bug is still active. I just did a fresh install yesterday and gksu doesn't work unless I install libgnome-keyring also.
I get an error message: gksu: error while loading shared libraries: libgnome-keyring.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Is this an upstream bug?
