Memorystick pro duo reader

I have a reader built into on on my sony vaio and I'm not sure that anything is recognising it.

http://codepad.org/OoDEWq6E - lspci. The SD card reader is a seperate device.

Are these devices compatible with arch at all? I've read of multiple people failing to get theirs configured in the forums. Does anyone have a success story?
