Hi.
I am thinking of installing KDE together with Gnome. Is it a good idea? In Ubuntu and Mint it didn't seem to work all that well, but in Fedora 10 I had no problems (I even had Sugar installed at one stage). In Fedora 11, even though I used a different user for each DE, there were some subtle interferences - e.g. Firefox would insist on using Dolphin instead of Nautilus in Gnome... Ubuntu 9.04 just broke horribly when I tried to do the same.
So, would it be okay to have multiple DEs in Arch?

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm going to do that right now.
P.S. I've had to do one or two downgrades, KMS did funny things to Compiz the other day and I've even had to fix things when, last night, my /boot partition got wiped (chroot... pacman -S kernel26... grub...), but I survived. Thanks to great documentation! I really feel that I'm learning things for the first time in a long time.
