I've had a quick look, I know that it recently went through a transition and the old comments weren't preserved. It just seems they're not showing on the web yet I received a notification for a comment.
This really was is this a known(and I'm missing it on the bug tracker) so I shall not bug report or a first I heard of it(In which case I'll bug report it).

Well that is weird my comment turned up but the comment from earlier didn't.
I guess this is no longer a problem.
