configuring virtualbox

hi everyone....
i like to use LINUX as my primary os  but i want to do some testing on windows too so i like to install virtualbox .......
finally  i installed the virtualbox by package manager but when i start running the bootup process it showing an error as sad:(
<<<<
VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED (rc=-1908)

The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Re-setup the kernel module by executing

'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

as root. Users of Ubuntu or Fedora should install the DKMS package at first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

Are you really using Linux Mint?  Do you mean in the virtual machine?

If your main OS is Arch have you added vboxdrv to your modules array in rc.conf?
