package build dep

I think it shoul be added to PKGBUILD something like build_dep.
Sometime happen that you need some library just to build but not to run.
Untill now this was managed by adding comments to PKGBUILD.
Of course this is not a must, it works fine anyway but I think it should be something to be put on the to-do list.
