[Request] CUPS 1.3.9

Hi to everyone.

Could anyone package this?: CUPS 1.3.9

I have an EPSON TM-U950 printer that only works specifically with that version and I have been unable to operate CUPS 1.3.9 in an updated Arch Linux system.

Those are the files needed to build a cups 1.3.9 and also a cups-1.3.9.tar.xz (i686) built against fully up2date system.

Alternatively all you had to do was go back a bit further in the svn or just downgrade the pkg ver number.
