EPICS - Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
I've tried to make a PKGBUILD for this and never could get it to install in a specific directory. I don't really understand how the install works because it's not the typical "configure, make, make install" type of installer. In the case of this program, issuing the command "make" while in the directory compiles the program and installs it to the same directory all at once...so I'm not sure how to get executables and the location of the program to the places it needs to be.
If anyone wants to take a crack at it, please keep me updated...I'm just busy enough that I don't have a lot of time to devote to making a working PKGBUILD for this program, but I do need to have it installed (preferrably by pacman) and working in about two weeks. I'd be very grateful for any help.
