[SOLVED] Vmware player not working after restart

I installed Arch this week,and everytthing works ok,except vmware player.
Guest os is xp , and I installed latest version of player from .bundle.After install , when vm is started - works ok.
After restart first there is message " vmmon is not loaded".
I do a "modprobe vmmon" and vm starts , but without network,usb...
I did lsmod when everything works,and when not ,and as far I see difference is in these modules so i did

[root@laptop ~]# modprobe vmnet
[root@laptop ~]# modprobe vsock
[root@laptop ~]# modprobe vmblock
[root@laptop ~]# modprobe parport_pc
[root@laptop ~]# modprobe vmci

After that i got this

[root@laptop ~]# /etc/rc.d/vmware start
Starting VMware services:
   VMware USB Arbitrator                                               done
   Virtual machine monitor                                            failed
   Virtual machine communication interface                            failed
   VM communication interface socket family                           failed
   Blocking file system                                                done
   Virtual ethernet                                                   failed

What is wrong here?
I searched forum and wiki,but nothing works for me.
I do need this VM,so any help is apprecieted.

Does vmware produce a log file you can look at?
Check the /etc/rc.d/vmware script and see if you are able to call it manually with a verbose option.

Do you meant like this :

[root@laptop ~]# /etc/rc.d/vmware start -v
Starting VMware services:
   VMware USB Arbitrator                                               done

   Blocking file system                                                done
   Virtual ethernet                                                   failed

Where can i found logs ?

Since kernel 2.6.33 you need to update to VMware Player 3.0.1, you can find it on its website. After that you will probably need to add some lines to its config file, so check this thread: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=94975

Yes,I did that earlier.Just checked,now it is working like charm.
Maybe I needed ti restart after adding those lines?
I am struggling with that for some hours .
