packages which use other packages as source (lib32-*, bin32-*, etc)

I've noticed lately that there are a number of packages which use other packages. For example, the PKGBUILD for bin32-wine downloads wine from i686. The same goes for a number of libs.

When this is the case, it seems that it's up to the creator of the PKGBUILD to choose the mirror to use. IMO the mirror that should be used in such a case is ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/archlinux

This mirror is distributed globally. It's not fair to put a huge load on our archlinux mirror. And it's not fair to others to pick a mirror close to you (the PKGBUILD author) geographically.
