some may have licenses which prevent public distribution. As for the other packages you requested you could start with building them yourself. Read up on ABS and making packages in the wiki. Waiting for packages to appear in the repos is painful process.

here's a start... this probably won't work... i'm typing it in the forums without testing to show you how easy it is
$ cat PKGBUILD
pkgname=e16menuedit
pkgver=0.2
pkgrel=1
depends=('enlightenment')
source=('http://www.chriswareham.demon.co.uk/software/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz')
build()
{
cd $startdir/src/$pkgname-$pkgver
./configure --prefix=/usr
make || return 1
make DESTDIR=$startdir/pkg install
}
$ makepkg && pacman -A e16menuedit-0.2-1.pkg.tar.gz
Read up on abs real quick and use this... done!

UT2004 costs $50, I don't think that's going to be available in Pacman.

I'm not entirely sure for the reasons not to include enemy territory in the repos, probably license related, but the installer provided with the binary is a piece of cake to install.

Gentoo has a lot of games...
You might try installing Gentoo.

compared to the 20 minutes for arch, a week is almost the same speed, eh?

I tried to make a package for ET, but the installer is a file of around 300MB. Editing a 300MB script / data file on my computer proved to be pretty slow, so I just ran the thing and it ... worked.
Why make things hard when they're simple. :?

:shock: the face!
the face pwns you.
but yeah, I really firmly believe that the optimizations I will get from gentoo will make up the time I lost on installs and upgrades within a matter of epochs. honest.

Actually, if you wana know how badass your desktop could be...

It's funny, Gentoo users get really excited about distcc and how easy it is to ue it with their package manager.
So if they think distributed computing is the way to go, wouldn't it make sense not to have EVERY member of the community compile exactly the same six or eight packages every day?
But yeah, now I'm just trolling.

I made the E related packages you are talking about ages ago:

they might even be out of date by now, who knows.
