I know what you're trying to say, but it's obviously not a "good thing". Nobody says, "Hey, my ISP is great, because whenever I ring for customer support, they keep me on hold for hours!".
Potential new users would be put off if forums were intermittent, and I'm sure it would annoy die-hard AL fans too.
So, we better get clicking on those google ads!
