I went to archlinux.unixheads.org and found:
glibmm-2.24.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
Yet, pacman is trying to find 2.20.2-1 when it just isn't there. I usually advise against using multiple mirrors because of version problems. Switch to only one mirror, uninstall the package, and reinstall that mirror's version

I use http://archlinux.unixheads.org, which is why I used it as an example They seem to update their packages quite quickly.
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mirrors is also a good source for mirrors by country.

Server = http://archlinux.unixheads.org/$repo/os/x86_64
#pacman -Syu
then I installed all progs, nitrogen, and transmission-gtk
but I heard some times after those updates system can fall down o_O

Do you mean a system crash when you say fall down?
The computer won't usually crash because of an application (unlike Windows), unless it is critical for running the system
