[New Package] Intel OpenAMT

I've made a package for the Intel Management Engine Interface (also known as HECI) kernel module. This allows those with appropriate chipsets to access hardware management features including temperature, fan speed and voltage monitoring.
I've created this package since lm-sensors (and the coretemp driver) doesn't support the newer ICH8/9 chipsets, whereas the HECI driver does. The code is 3 years old and there is no guarantee it'll work.
This package provides only the kernel driver. For temperature monitoring you need heci-qst.c, a very simple script (google it). If there is interest, I can add it to this package.
