Hi,
my sound is working.
I only have trouble with volume control.
When I move the volume control from lowest to highest the volume changes from lowest to loudest 3 times, making it very difficult to set the volume I want.
Any ideas ?

I have reconfigured everything now according to
(general) : http://debianforum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=117506
(equalizer) : https://wiki.archlinux.de/title/Alsaequal
I am now using a different connector.
The manual says of my MSI board says:
Line-Out (Green) - Line Out, is a connector for speakers or headphones
But this one seems to be the problem.
Muting channel "Front" and using
CS-Out (Orange) - Center/ Subwoofer Out in 5.1/ 7.1 channel mode
did fix my problem.
linear volume control.. yeah ;-)
