Problem with HP Printer

Hi,

I have an HP Officejet J6480 connected via a wired network. Up until now I've been using the printer with no problem. I hadn't done any updates for a couple months so I did so, and after restarting, the printer no longer works.  I tried deleting it and readding but when using the hp-setup command I consistently get the error "error: Unable to communicate with device (code=12): hpfax:/net/Officejet_J6400_series?zc=HPE2FA5D". I also tried reinstalling cups and hplip but encountered the same error as before. I've searched on here and around the web for similar problems, but I've only found situations where people were working with printers connected via USB. I tried their solutions anyway, and none of them worked. If there's anyone who could shed some light, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Kalen
