Short feedback to the Arch maintainers:
I am not a "power user". I use Arch since May 2009 (coming from RedHat/Fedora since earlier times and Mint since 2007).
I do not use a login manager. There are two users, my wife and I. We log in using the shell and start XFCE using an alias. Another alias is used to shut down.
Within that time I only had one major issue recently: Kernel panic after an upgrade. At that time I logged in with another Linux (the old Mint; Knoppix whould have been fine too) and got help (supportive, quick and friendly) in the forum. The problem was solved by changing a setting for my Radeon graphics.
A minor issue was a change in default fonts rendering. I could fix that, but I am too lazy.
I stopped looking for other distributions. To total newbies without any time to play around I recommend Mint, otherwise Arch is the best solution, at least to me.
Many thanks to the Arch team!

I think this post (considering how awesome it is) should be mentioned in some place for Arch newbies to read when they are searching for their new distro. A testimonials page in the wiki maybe?

No, Thanks you!. without you/community we couldn't manage to do this great job
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
