(*I'm using testing, and have just updated. The same problem occurs in another machine using stable, so I've reported the issue here*)
I've been trying to backup a DVD to an ISO image, but K9copy crashes at the start of the process. I've tried starting it from the command line, and just before crashing, the following line is repeated several times:
*** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in /build/src/k9copy-2.3.5-Source/src/dvdread/ifo_read.c:1568 ***
*** for c_adt->cell_adr_table[i].vob_id <= c_adt->nr_of_vobs ***Until it finally crashes:
KCrash: Application 'k9copy' crashing...
sock_file=/home/gauthma/.kde4/socket-godsdream/kdeinit4__0I don't think it matters, but on the machine where I'm running K9copy, I only have a DVD reader, and not a writer (thus writing to an ISO image). Also, DVD playback works fine. I've searched the forums, but so far nobody seems to be having this problem...
So I was thinking of re-compiling K9copy with debug information (using the ABS and modifying the PKGBUILD to add -g and -gddb as compiler flags). But meanwhile, does anyone else have any suggestions?
