Arch Linux Security Team?
I've found:

...updated two years ago. The idea seems to be smart. Arch is being developed rapidly. So..? Is there any discussion concerning it? Will that project start? Or not? Why? Any information welcome.

People bring it up from time to time, but there has only ever been talk an no action. I think it was not something the developer team was concerned about so it would need to be a community project.

There is occasionally discussion about it on the arch-general mailing list. Have a search and read up on it if you are interested. Personally I'm not bothered by it. I trust upstream and Arch devs.
