Problem using system partition

Hello!
After boot, as always, I type "startx" and X starts, but when I try to run something or just load the file, placed on my system partition, the screen freezes and I can't do anything. After pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 I see this:

EXT4-fs error (device sda3): ext4_find_entry: reading directory #8133 offset 0

written several times. What the hell is this?! Help me, please.
