gnome-volume-manager

Forgive me if this is a bit of a silly question, but...

What package houses gnome-volume-manager? I can't seem to find the program anywhere in the standard repos or the AUR repos.

Re: gnome-volume-manager

It has been deprecated in favor of gnome-disk-utility and the integrated automounting options in nautilus.

Re: gnome-volume-manager

Hm, interesting. Thanks for the info, JGC.

If I remember correctly, gnome-volume-manager allowed the user to specify programs that should run when a volume (such as an iPod) was connected. How is this accomplished the new way?

Re: gnome-volume-manager

If you're using nautilus, this can be done using nautilus-file-management-properties

But if I'm not using GNOME (I use openbox), how do I make automount work?
