[Solved] Low sound at start

Hello, I get two strange issues. First the sound is really low every time I restart the computer. Then the KMix handles are not equal to alsamixers'. When I put PCM to the highest level in KMix then alsamixer just show about 14%. At start it automatically set PCM at 100% (in alsamixer) and to get sound I have to lower that to 80%. Can anyone please help me!

Solved, I added alsa to the deamons and run alsaconf.
